• romantic basket, bamboo matt and chairs for the beach (for 2)

RATES

• All rentals are a minimum of 2 nights. Maximum two weeks.
• Arrival times:  after 3pm.
• Check out times: no later than 11:00 am.
• Limit  of no more than 2 people

Season - July 1 to August 31, 2022

                $170/ night plus tax

Off Season: May, June, Sept, Oct

 The entire house is potentially available for rent, limit of 7 people

Breakfast choices as a B&B

    Homemade granola cereal  (Gluten free) with milk or yogurt

    2 eggs with breakfast sausages 

    Pancakes with fruit

    French Toast with fruit

    Bagels and lox

Please indicate breakfast choices the night before.  All breakfasts

include coffee, tea and muffins.  Dietary needs must be requested well 

in advance of your stay. Times for breakfast are between 6 and 9 at your 

choosing.
